2011 Mustangs & Mustangs

The show started off with an aerial display of WWII warbirds

In the foreground is the grass runway at Fantasy of Flight.

The oldest 'Mustangs' at the show were the P-51 fighter planes.

P-51D Mustang painted in the colors of Maj. George Preddy. Top Mustang Ace of WWII with 28 victories.

P-51C Mustang, painted in the colors of  Tuskegee Airman Ace Lt. Colonel Lee Archer, who had 5 kills to his credit.

The Falcons had a front row seat at the show!

Suncoast Chapter President James Lisk arrived early and was parked on the other side of the runway from our Falcons.

James's Sprint won "Editor's Choice of Best Ford" at the show.

David Wagner's Sprint - 1st place winner in the Falcon category - with P-51 "Ina the Macon Belle" in the background.
